  • Create and set up rehearsal schedules, managing furniture, and props
  • Arrange costumes fittings
  • Liaise with all departments and collate information
  • Liaise with Production Manager regarding budgets
  • Supervise the ‘get in’ and ‘get out’ (When the set, lighting and sound are installed and removed from the space)
  • Create a prompt schedule compiled with notes on cues and requirements for props, lighting, and sound
  • Make alterations to the stage between scene changes
  • Cue the lighting and Sound Technicians
  • Create a risk assessment to ensure the safety of the full company
  • Manage the backstage and onstage area during performances
  • Call local artist for rehearsals and performances
  • Maintain props, furniture and set during the run
  • ​Liaise with resident staff
  • Assist Stage Mangers in the creation of forms, lists, run order, etc. ​
  • Assist Stage Mangers and directors in all rehearsal needs.
  • During rehearsal: perform daily setup and cleaning, track props and scenery, create reports and daily calls all at the direction and assignment of the Stage Managers.
  • During the performance: perform daily setup and cleaning, assist in the maintenance of stage presets, assist in scenic changes and provide clear communication between the deck SM / calling SM and the crew all at the direction and assignment of the Stage Mangers.
  • Maintain a safe and clean workspace including rehearsal spaces, backstage area, and SM office space.
  • Maintain smooth, calm operation of productions during tech rehearsals and performances.
  • Attend production meetings as needed.
  • Work in a safe, efficient, and organized manner.
  • Any other tasks as requested by the Production Stage Manager or the PM. 


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in stage management.
  • Ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Technical Theatre or equivalent professional experience.

The Custodian provides day-to-day maintenance/janitorial services to the venue. The Custodian cleans the restrooms, empties and sets out trash, maintains adequate cleaning equipment and supplies, as well as performs all other maintenance/janitorial services for the venue.


There are routine discomforts from exposure to moderate heat, cold, moisture/wetness and unpleasant air conditions. The position may involve occasional exposure to soiled materials and light chemical substances such as cleaning solutions.



Very fundamental levels of the ability to read, write and follow simple oral instructions as might normally be acquired through up to 8 years of formal schooling.


No experience is required.






  • Ensure fans have valid tickets to enter the event
  • Ability to steadily and rapidly scan ticket barcodes insuring that the proper ticket is being used to gain entry

  • Greet, welcome, and assist guests entering any Conglom Entertainment events/festivals in a friendly, positive, and informative manner so they will want to return.

  • Must be able to work evening and weekend shifts, which may include holidays. Some private event shifts may be requested.

  • Seat and direct VIP guests, informing them of their reservation status and/or seat availability.
  • Answer the phone and provide menus to guests as needed.
  • Receive and monitor reservations accordingly, requesting and obtaining pre-payment as required.

This position will play a leading role in coordinating and promoting the Conglom Entertainment brand across multiple platforms and social media networks to increase audience engagement and brand recognition. The successful candidate will be a vital member of the Marketing Team promoting content and assisting in the management of social media accounts, i.e., Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.

  • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
  • Maintain a unified brand voice across different social media channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective and attractive graphics and other visuals

The Audio Visual (AV) Lead Technician is an experienced position which assumes a thorough knowledge of AV systems and components, and a high level proficiency installing them.

Essential Duties, Competencies and Responsibilities for Audio Visual (AV) Lead Technician:

  • Oversee the work of a group of Technicians to complete AV Installation jobs.
  • Must be highly motivated and work well both independently and in a team environment.
  • Communicate clearly and accept direction and supervision in a positive manner.
  • Show initiative, dependability and adaptability.
  • Be resourceful in decision making; problem solving; organization, and planning.
  • With accuracy and neatness, complete assignments on or before deadline.
  • Troubleshooting, installation, configuration, integration, and test of videoconferencing, audiovisual equipment (multimedia, projection systems, displays, cameras, microphone, fiber equipment, and IP and ISDN networks in support of videoconferencing and A/V equipment)
  • Perform audio visual troubleshooting, basic routine repairs and maintenance on equipment.
  • Must possess troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and connectivity issues on Routers, Switches, Clearone, BiAmp, AMX, Extron, Crestron, and Tandberg and Polycom systems.
  • Perform comprehensive audiovisual equipment installation for clients, including low voltage wiring, trim outs, equipment rack setup, telephone systems, plasma/LCD TVs, projectors, audio amplifiers, digital sound processors, speakers and control systems.
  • Perform cat6 cable pulls with testing and terminations, and be able to pull, test and terminate audio and video cables.
  • Configure and install Savant, Crestron, AMX Extron and Shure wireless mic control systems.
  • Assist in installation of displays, screens, and projectors.
  • Must be able to use hand tools, test equipment, pull and terminate a wide variety of cables, know how to solder and crimp various connections.
  • Must have knowledge in Digital Sound Processors – know how to configure and implement.
  • Experience with CAD and Visio.

  • Experience in construction or electrical field helpful.
  • Possess basic math in terms of measuring (where to mount a TV, cut into a table, etc. )
  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations for Audio Video (AV) Lead Technician
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license prior to employment. BICSI Installer level 2 certification preferred.
